How a personalised skin plan works

The most common mistake in aesthetics is choosing treatments before understanding skin. A personalised plan works in the opposite direction: it starts with what your skin actually is, and only then asks what it needs.

Assessment comes first, for a reason

Skin quality decides almost everything downstream. A face with good structure but tired, thin skin will respond differently to the same treatment than a face with the opposite profile. That is why the consultation spends real time on assessment: texture, hydration, circulation, structure, and your history.

The output is not a product list. It is a map of what can be improved, what should be left alone, and what order makes sense.

Why sequence matters

Consider two common goals: smoother skin and softer lines. If the skin’s quality is the limiting factor, surface-level refinement first may buy you little; improving the foundation first often changes what later steps even need to be.

The same logic runs through volume work, thread work and regeneration treatments. Each has a place in a sequence. That place depends on your face, not on a menu.

This is also why we quote “in the right order” as a feature: it is the difference between a plan that compounds and one that simply accumulates appointments.

Review points keep it honest

A plan written in month one describes a skin that no longer exists by month four. That is normal. Skin responds, seasons change, goals refine themselves.

So plans include review points: scheduled moments where we look at how the skin actually responded and adjust the sequence. If a step is working, we continue it. If it is not, we stop or change it. The plan is a living document, not a contract of appointments.

What “personalised” does not mean

It does not mean you can order any treatment at any time. It means the opposite: the clinic selects and sequences treatments for your skin, and you choose the level of commitment: a single focused phase or an ongoing rhythm.

Your role is to be honest in the consultation and present at the reviews. Our role is to follow the skin’s logic rather than the product list. When both happen, the plan tends to do what it was designed for: improve things gradually, and keep them that way.
