FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Direct answers to the questions we hear most. Where a policy is not yet final, we say so instead of guessing.

01
Consultations
Because treatment selection is clinical, not cosmetic. Your skin, history and goals decide which treatments are appropriate, in what order, and at what cost. That assessment happens during your consultation, before anything is booked or charged.
You talk through your goals, history and priorities. The practitioners assess your skin and features, explain what is suitable, including when not to treat, and outline a personalised plan with honest guidance on cost and timing.
Yes. Both English and Polish consultations are offered, and you can state your preferred language when booking. Consultation, aftercare and reviews can all be conducted in the language you choose.
02
The Golden Plan & packages
No, and that is the point. The practitioners assess you, then select the clinically appropriate treatment sequence for your skin and goals. You approve the plan together; the individual procedures are chosen by the clinic, not picked from a menu.
Basic, Silver and Gold are prepaid packages valid for 12 months from purchase. Platinum is different: it is a recurring membership at £200 per month with one clinic-selected service in each billing month. It is not a 12-month package.
The Golden Plan is an in-depth consultation, a full 12-month personalised plan, five practitioner-selected treatments, two practitioner-selected skin booster sessions, planned review points and coordinated scheduling. The Golden Plan costs £1,099 as a prepaid package.
Basic, Silver and Gold are finite prepaid packages used within 12 months. Platinum is a recurring membership at £200 per month that includes one clinic-selected service every billing month, ongoing review and forward scheduling. It is designed for continuous care rather than a defined phase.
Because the value is in continuity: a regular monthly service, professional review and scheduled rhythm that keep care consistent over time. The label refers to the recurring care model. It does not promise a financial saving or a better medical result.
The clinic does, based on your assessment, current needs, suitability and your personalised Golden Plan. You never pick the monthly service from a menu, and no specific product, quantity or outcome is promised before review.
The exact handling of missed months, including any pause or rollover rules, is set out in the Platinum membership terms, which you review and accept before enrolment. Staff will walk you through them at your consultation.
These rules (billing cadence, cancellation notice, pause policy and rollover) are confirmed in the membership terms before you enrol. You will see the exact terms version at enrolment; nothing is activated without your explicit acceptance.
03
Treatments
You will be told honestly at consultation. The practitioners may advise against a treatment, suggest an alternative that fits your skin better, or recommend waiting. Suitability is never assumed, and “no” is always a valid answer.
No. Individual results vary with skin, anatomy and healing. No responsible clinic guarantees an outcome. What we do guarantee is honest assessment, appropriate sequencing, careful aftercare and reviews over time so the plan adapts to you.
04
Payments & deposits
At consultation. Listed prices are guidance only. The exact treatment, product and course, and therefore the cost, are confirmed after your assessment. You approve the plan and its price before anything is booked.
Basic, Silver and Gold are prepaid in full at purchase and valid for 12 months. Platinum is billed monthly at £200 after consultation, staff approval and your explicit acceptance of the membership terms. Never before.
05
Appointments
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin where practical, bring your current medication list if you have one, and note any treatments you have had before. Treatment-specific preparation, such as avoiding alcohol or blood-thinning supplements, is given after booking.
Use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation, or contact us directly. The cancellation policy, including any deposit terms, is confirmed with you before booking and can be reviewed on our booking terms page.
06
Aftercare
It depends on the treatment. Many have no downtime, while others need 12–48 hours before makeup. Your aftercare sheet states exactly what applies to your procedure, and when in doubt we are one message away.
Contact us through the urgent aftercare route. It is kept separate from general enquiries so your concern reaches the right person quickly. Do not wait for a review appointment if something looks or feels wrong.
