Booking & cancellation policy

A request is not an instant booking

Submitting a consultation request tells us what you would like to discuss and your preferred times. It is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm each consultation personally in your preferred language, usually within one working day, and we will contact you if your preferred time is unavailable to offer alternatives.

Consultation fee

The consultation fee is stated on the booking page at the time of launch. Where a treatment or package is agreed following the consultation, we will tell you clearly how much of the consultation fee (if any) counts towards it before you commit to anything.

Cancellations & changes

• You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time, using the contact details in your confirmation message.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged at up to 50% of the appointment fee so we can offer the time to another client.
• If we need to cancel or move an appointment for our own reasons, you will always be offered a new time first and charged nothing.

Prepaid packages

• Package credits are held against your name and used at the appointments you book with us.
• Unused package value remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless we have agreed a different period in writing.
• Packages are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without our agreement.

Ongoing membership

Any ongoing membership (for example a monthly skin plan) renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, using the contact details in your enrolment confirmation. No long lock-in contracts.

Fair use

Please send only accurate information and one request per person per matter. We may decline or delay requests that appear to be duplicated, automated, or misleading.
