What we have done

• Semantic HTML structure with a single heading hierarchy and landmark regions on every page.
• Full keyboard operability: visible focus states, logical tab order, a skip-to-content link, and accessible dialogs (Esc to close, focus returned to the trigger).
• Form fields with visible labels, inline error messages announced to screen readers, and no time limits on submissions.
• Colour contrast meeting AA across text and interface elements; meaning never conveyed by colour alone.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences: all animation is disabled when your system requests it.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

Third-party content (for example embedded maps, once an address is confirmed) may have its own accessibility characteristics that we do not fully control. We review any such addition before it goes live.
