Preparing for your aesthetics consultation

A consultation is where your plan is designed. It works best when both sides arrive prepared. And “prepared” means less than you might think.
What to bring
Your questions, in any form. A note on your phone is fine. The most useful questions are the honest ones: what you want to change, what you have seen elsewhere that you did or did not like, and anything you are worried about.
What you currently use. If you use skincare products, a quick list (or the bottles themselves) helps us understand your skin’s baseline: actives, textures, anything that has irritated it.
Nothing else is required. No photos to collect in advance, no forms to fill out at home. Health screening happens during the conversation, in the language you choose.
What the hour actually looks like

The first part is listening. We talk through your goals, your history and, importantly, what you would never want touched. This sets the boundaries of everything that follows.
Then comes the assessment: skin quality, structure, and what each of those means for your options. You will hear about what can genuinely help, in what order, and where we think restraint is the right answer. “Not yet” and “not at all” are complete answers here, not sales failures.
Finally, if a plan makes sense, you will see it: the sequence, the treatments selected for your skin, realistic timeframes, and a clear price. Nothing is booked or charged in that room unless you decide it.

Setting expectations honestly
Two things we want to be clear about before you arrive:
- A consultation is not a treatment. It produces a plan. Sometimes a short one, sometimes a long one, sometimes the recommendation to do nothing for now.
- Prices are confirmed at consultation. Online figures can only mislead; your exact price depends on area, product and volume, which is why we quote it in person, in writing.
After you leave
You will have a written summary of what was discussed. If you choose to proceed, the first treatment is scheduled from there, with aftercare guidance attached to every step. If you decide to wait or go elsewhere, the summary is yours to keep either way.
The goal of preparation is simple: walk in curious, walk out clear.
